- Production. Our company has been known on the CIS market since 1995. Today it has more than 20,000 sq. m. of production and storage space equipped with modern machinery and employing over 250 professional staff. The high production standards are confirmed by the quality management system and are certified according to the ISO9001 standard.
- Capabilities. Our specialists are ready to design the product, select the materials, manufacture the extrusion dies and calibrators, moulds; provide the production and, if necessary, the subsequent assembly of the finished product, according to the customer's specifications.

News
Extrusion - is the production of profiles of unlimited length from polymer materials by extruding the melt through a die.
- 9 modern extrusion lines are available to produce profiles up to 200 mm in width, with outputs ranging from 23 to 60 kg/h
- Co-extrusion. We make profiles from two different types of plastic or two different colours
- We use the following materials in our work: rigid PVC, plastic PVC, polycarbonate, polyethylene and others
- Cut profile into any agreed lengths
- We pack the profile according to customer requirements
- If necessary, we produce profiles with double-sided adhesive tape allowing you to stick the profile to different surfaces
Processing of plastics by injection of molten material under pressure into the mould, followed by cooling.
- 16 thermoplastic injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 35 to 1300 tonnes and a maximum moulding capacity of 5.7 kg
- Materials handled: ABS, polypropylene, polycarbonate, polystyrene, high and low pressure polyethylene, etc.
- Casting and balancing rotational parts
- The assembly area ensures the assembly of the finished product from parts obtained by injection moulding
